How do I know the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
When can I expect to receive my orders?
You can refer to the Delivery Schedule for the possible delivery time of your orders.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We deliver orders to all JPMC sites* except JPMC Tower in Manila and eBloc 1 in Cebu. Orders for JPMC Tower and eBloc 1 can be picked up directly at the store.
Where are your stores located?
We are located on the following sites:
MANILA: 20/F JPMC Tower, Uptown BGC, Taguig, Metro Manila
CEBU: 7F eBloc Tower, Jose Maria del Mar St., AsiaTown I.T. Park, Cebu City 6000
What are your store hours?
We are open from Monday, 7:00 am to Friday, 10:00 pm.
I need to make changes to orders I've already placed.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Feel free to contact us by email so we can make changes. Once your order is under the "shipping" status, we cannot accept any edits.
